Eva helps a person to lead a healthy lifestyle by making behavioral and lifestyle changes. She is a professional who provides coaching or counseling services to patients or any one who is interested in building a healthy lifestyle. Her responsibilities are carried out by guiding people on how to live a healthier, more balanced life, using nutrition and lifestyle choice. She helps to improve your quality of life and prevent you from possible chronic, lifestyle or life threatening diseases. She is providing effective solution and suggestion on health and fitness issues. Providing one on one support and works closely with her customers. Counsel and advise clients or health conscious people to improve the overall health condition. Identify the need for behavioral changes to improve health status, reduce health risks, and improve quality of life, and offer possible solutions. Apply knowledge of diet, nutrition, or relevant methods to suggest solutions. She provides a positive and empathetic attitude to make clients feel comfortable. Empowering clients with information and helping them to recognize the most important lifestyle changes that leads  to an optimal level of perceived health and maintained wellness. Encourages adoption of habits that are conductive to a higher quality of life. She is educating and supporting her clients to achieve their health goals through lifestyle and behavior adjustments. She helps clients  to maximize the results of each individual plan. She helps implement small changes, little by little, at a pace that's comfortable for the clients so they can meet all their health goals. She works with clients to help them discover their bio-individuality. There is something that will work for you. Whether the goal is to loose weight, increase energy, or just get healthy. She will take her time to listen to your concerns, help you discover where and why you are struggling. She will help to navigate the world of contradictory nutritional advice to figure out exactly what works for your body. Everyone is different and unique. She will help experiment with finding what will work for you specifically, and how to change your diet and lifestyle as you continue to grow and make strides forward.

Please keep it in mind that she is not a doctor. She does not diagnose conditions, prescribe medications, or recommend lower or higher doses of your current medications. She is not a drill sergeant or screams at the client for not meeting goals in a specified amount of time. She understands that life happens, and she works and supports her clients in every way to achieve optimal wellness.

She will provide the nutritional and lifestyle guidance society desperately needs to find its way back to health.
